A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment.

MUST Show Valid ID for all Credit Card Payments & Bring the Credit Card Being Used to Pay

***All appointments scheduled On-line and/or scheduled on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are Pre-paid in full to hold the appointment.

Scheduling Appointments

Book your appointment beforehand and be sure to let us know if you are pregnant, have any special needs, preferences, allergies or medical conditions. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  • To avoid a NO SHOW/CANCELLATION CHARGE and ensure appointment availability for other guests, please reschedule or cancel your appointments by calling at least 72 hours before all  weekend appointments (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) or 24 hours before all weekday appointments (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday). 
  • All Spa Parties require one week notice for cancellations to avoid 100% charge of all services.
  • NO SHOWS will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the scheduled services. 
  • Late cancellations and reschedules will result in an automatic charge of 100% of scheduled services.
  • This call must be placed within our business hours and confirmed by our front desk staff. 
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you were scheduled in the allotted time and a cancellation fee will apply. 

Children

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa unattended.

Please arrive 15 minutes early

Arrive at our spa earlier than the time of your appointment so you can unwind and clear your mind before beginning your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you were scheduled in the allotted time and a cancellation fee will apply. 

Communication please!

Is the pressure ok? Is the water too hot or cold? Are you comfortable? Remember, we are not mind readers. If there is anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don’t be afraid to let us know.

Drink plenty of water

A spa treatment often releases toxins from the body, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to keep yourself properly hydrated. If you have been drinking alcohol the day before your treatment, you may be dehydrated. Your service may result in those toxins releasing from your body and you may have aches and pains after your service.

Turn off your cell phone at the spa

As a common courtesy to other guests at the spa, please do not speak on your cell phone and turn off any mobile devices during your visit.

Gratuity is not included

Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the spa treatment cost. While you are not required to tip, it is common courtesy and a great way to show your therapist that they did a good job.

For your convenience, all parties of 3 or more will be automatically charged  20% gratuity.
