Native Nashvillians and husband and wife team, Sith and Mary Phrachak wanted to create a safe space for their clients and staff. A space where one could come for just an hour or an entire day and leave feeling their best. And after celebrating their 13th year as a Day Spa, we think that they’ve achieved that goal. They seek out only the best, most therapeutic massage therapists and estheticians. Service providers with a great touch and a passion for giving back to their clients in a healing and pampering way. These service providers are dedicated to the client’s experience, health and well-being. Many of the service providers are licensed and/or trained in multiple modalities (different types of services), giving them the knowledge to address many aspects of your health, beauty and well-being.

Co-owner, Sith Phrachak, is a licensed Massage Therapist with a BBA in Information Systems. He has been in the massage and wellness business for 25 years and has worked in spas, salons and private practice for the majority of his career. Working with everyone from major sports league players, entertainers, celebrities to doctors, nurses, teachers and more. He is very familiar with how the human body moves and what may inhibit that movement. Do you sit at a desk all day, play sports, play an instrument, he’s got you. Over the years Sith has learned so much. He loves teaching that knowledge to the next generation of therapists whenever possible and works with our staff often.

Mary Phrachak, co-owner, is a licensed Cosmetologist with a BS in Chemistry. She has worked in the Beauty and Skincare industry for 25 years, starting out her career as a make-up artist for Chanel, Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier. She has worked in every aspect of the beauty industry from product creation, events, sales and management, esthetics, hairstyling, makeup artist and spa owner. Her passion for all things beauty and wellness drives her to constantly be on the lookout for the best natural based skincare treatments and beauty products. In their first year of Urban Oasis Nashville, she created her own line of hand-crafted Bath and Body Products creating cupcake bath bombs. The line of products quickly grew to include; massage and body butters, body scrubs, candles and perfumes. “We wanted to provide toxin-free products for our clients and staff that didn’t contain harsh chemicals and ingredients and that also created that spa experience at home.” Always wanting to learn more Mary has recently finished the journey to become a licensed Permanent Makeup Artist and will be offering microblading nanobrows, tattooed eyeliner and lip blush. She is also working on creating tiny tattoos!
