Book in advance

Book your appointment beforehand and be sure to let us know if you are pregnant, have any special needs, preferences, allergies or medical conditions. By offering this information ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you upon your arrival.

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to schedule or reschedule. Fees will be assessed for cancellations without 24 hour notice as well as “no shows.” All Saturday appointments and Spa Parties require 72 hour cancellation.

Children

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa unattended.

Please arrive 15 minutes early

Arrive at our spa earlier than the time of your appointment so you can unwind and clear your mind before beginning your treatment.

Communication please!

Is the pressure ok? Is the water too hot or cold? Are you comfortable? Remember, we are not mind readers. If there is anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don’t be afraid to let us know.

Drink plenty of water

A spa treatment often releases toxins from the body, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to keep yourself properly hydrated.

Turn off your cell phone at the spa

As a common courtesy to other guests at the spa, please do not speak on your cell phone and turn off any mobile devices during your visit.

Gratuity is not included

Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the spa treatment cost. While you are not required to tip, it is common courtesy and a great way to show your therapist that they did a good job.

For your convenience, all parties of 3 or more will be automatically charged  20% gratuity.
